By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

3. Description of Service

GOLDICRM is a SaaS-based CRM platform that enables users to:

• Manage customer relationships
• Process Facebook Leads
• Integrate with Google Calendar
• Create and read calendar events
• Receive internal reminders
• Manage business workflows

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook), and Polar (payments).

4. Accounts and Authentication

You may register using:

• Email and password
• Google Login (OAuth)
• Facebook Login

5. Google & Facebook Integrations

When you connect third-party services:

• You authorize us to access permitted data
• We access Google Calendar data solely to provide scheduling functionality
• We process Facebook Lead data solely for CRM purposes
• We do not sell third-party data

You may disconnect integrations at any time.

6. Subscription & Payment Terms

6.1 Subscription Plans

GOLDICRM operates on a subscription basis.

Plans may include:

• Monthly subscription
• Annual subscription (with commitment)

6.2 Annual Commitment

6.3 No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, including partial subscription periods.

6.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Polar or other third-party payment providers.
We do not store full payment card information.

6.5 Non-Payment

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts for failed payments
• Terminate accounts for continued non-payment

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Violate data protection laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with platform operations
• Misuse third-party integrations

You are solely responsible for your CRM data and customer relationships.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse platform functionality

Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

9. Data & Backups

We are not liable for:

• Data loss
• User errors
• Accidental deletions
• Third-party platform failures

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, branding, and content, belong to TCI GROUP LTD.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer
• Copy
• Redistribute
• Modify

any part of the Service without written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

We make no warranties regarding:

• Availability
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Fitness for a particular purpose

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Indirect damages
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Consequential damages

13. Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time.
Changes will apply to future billing cycles.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
We are not liable for feature changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Israeli courts.
